Discoveries Don't Look for Themselves

I love the winter. Not as much as I love fall but there’s a special place in my heart for winter’s cold embrace. The air is so clear, so crisp. My senses are stronger. Everything is dead. Dead leaves or snow give away any enemy on the prowl. Winter’s air shields the suns rays refusing to let them burn. Snow glints like a sea of diamonds that by the touch of my hand ruin. Destructive, unique, and fleeting; winter baptizes the earth to start over again.
